The PSST Board of Directors is a group of volunteers that are interested in making the most of each swim season. The Board works behind the scenes and during swim meets to help the team operate and thrive. The Board only meets when duty calls and may cancel meetings when there is no pertinent business to address. |

PSST Intrasquads - 8 & Younger

Intrasquads are home swim meets for all swimmers to get a time in every event. Swimmers between the ages of 9 and 18 years old compete on Wednesday. Swimmers that are 8 years old and younger will compete on Thursday. These are fun meets with only Penguins in the pool. Swimmers will compete to beat their best times and show their stuff! All swimmers are expected to participate. These meets provide a baseline time in every event that is used to track improvement moving forward. |

Picture Day - NO PRACTICES

Please arrive on time. Swimmers must wear their team swimsuit or a solid black swimsuit. Individual and small group photos will start at 3:30 PM, pause at 5:00 PM, and restart as soon as the team photo and age group photos are completed. Our team photo will be taken at 5:00 PM, followed by photos for each age group. Various packages are available. See the images below. Order forms will be available in the clubhouse. No late payments. Payment only by check (payable to Danny Minton Photography) or cash (no change available). |

Second Lytle Team Store

The Lytle Team Store is where you purchase Team Apparel (with the exception of swim suits and caps). EVERY SWIMMER MUST PURCHASE THE CURRENT SEASON'S TEAM SHIRT FROM THE LYTLE TEAM STORE. The first time the Lytle Team Store opens will ONLY be for the current season's team shirts. The second time the Lytle Team Store opens will be for additional gear for swimmers and family members. We need team shirts to be purchased early enough to arrive by Picture Day. Remember that swimmers will receive one latex swim cap as part of registration. Swimsuits and personalized caps will be available in the CAS (Competitive Aquatics Supply) Team Store. Delivery will be 2 weeks after the store closes. Get your gear ordered soon! Personalized swim caps are available for purchase by completing the following Order Form. Each order consists of 2 silicone swim caps with the same name printed on them. Completed order forms can be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off in the Cabana Club Office. Order Forms must be received by May 1st, 2023. |

All returning and new parents must attend one parent meeting! Please take advantage of this opportunity to see old friends, make new friends, and welcome new members to our team. Everything you need to know about the upcoming season will be discussed. The Coaches and Board of Directors will answer all of your questions, but the best resources for new parents just getting started are always the experienced parents from our team. Please make sure at least one parent from every family attends. |

Snack Bar Donations

Please help us stock the Snack Bar for our home swim meets! The Snack Bar is one of our greatest fundraisers. Donations at the start of the season allow us to make even more profit for our team's activities. Please sign-up to bring at least one item per family, but feel free to donate multiple items. Make sure to sign-up for what you are donating so that we do not receive too many of one particular item. |
