Picture Day - NO PRACTICES

Please arrive on time. Swimmers must wear their team swimsuit or a solid black swimsuit. Individual and small group photos will start at 3:30 PM, pause at 5:00 PM, and restart as soon as the team photo and age group photos are completed. Our team photo will be taken at 5:00 PM, followed by photos for each age group. Various packages are available. See the images below. Order forms will be available in the clubhouse. No late payments. Payment only by check (payable to Danny Minton Photography) or cash (no change available). |

2026 Pacific Sands at Newport Hills

Warm-up: 7:30 AM
This is our first away dual meet of the season. This will be a SPLIT meet with 2 sessions based on swimmers' ages. Session #1 will start at 9:00 AM and feature swimmers 9 & Older. Session #2 will start at 12:00 PM and feature swimmers 8 & Younger. Be sure to confirm your swimmer's attendance in the meet. Confirming attendance the Sunday prior to each swim meet is vital to the coaching staff since we begin working on the next meet line-up each Monday morning.

Intrasquads are home swim meets for all swimmers to get a time in every event. Swimmers between the ages of 9 and 18 years old compete on Wednesday. Swimmers that are 8 years old and younger will compete on Thursday. These are fun meets with only Penguins in the pool. Swimmers will compete to beat their best times and show their stuff! All swimmers are expected to participate. These meets provide a baseline time in every event that is used to track improvement moving forward. |

Parent Relay @ SCSC Championship
Green Valley Dolphin Swim Team
Sign up to compete in a relay race against the parents from the other teams. Sign up if you are interested in participating. Parent Relay is an 8x25 and will take place after the 9/10 mixed butterfly. We must have at least Mom x 2, Coach x 1, and the rest is up to you! There will be a trophy, so let's ensure we are ready to WIN!! |

This is our last Invitational meet of the season and final competition for the season. This meet will feature a single, unified session. This meet has limited entries for each team and will be invitation-only based on swimmers' times and abilities Be sure to confirm your swimmer's availability to participate in this meet. Confirming attendance for this meet will make your swimmer eligible to be invited, but will not guarantee an invitation to participate due to limited entries.

Home Swim Meet vs. Newport Hills

Warm-up: 7:30 AM
Please commit your swimmer to attending or not attending each individual swim meet. If you need to arrive late or leave early, please leave a detailed note for the coaches. Your swimmer's events will be chosen by the coaches. Swimmers that are not available for relays will be limited to participating in 2 individual events. Swimmers that are available for relays will be eligible to participate in up to 4 total events (3 individual events plus 1 relay, or 2 individual events plus 2 relays). We highly value swimmers that make the TEAM a priority and commit to swimming relays. Relays also happen to be some of the most fun events to swim. Please do not commit to swimming relays and then leave the meet early. Leaving your teammates high and dry for the last relay is selfish and may result in disciplinary action. In emergency situations, you must consult with the coaches before leaving the competition site.
